MCA Scratch & Win Contest Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Motor Culture Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Motor Culture Australia’ or ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) is conducting a lucky draw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contest’ or ‘MCA Scratch & Win Contest’) for Individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participants’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’). The Contest will commence on the 9th of February 2026 and will conclude on the 15th of March 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. (‘Contest Period’).
Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the contest you must purchase one of our official Events Memberships during the Contest Period. This will automatically enter you into the contest at no additional fee. You may purchase Events Memberships through our website https://www.motorcultureaustralia.com/ or by telephoning us directly.
By purchasing a Membership, you agree that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
All purchases of Events Memberships are final and cannot be refunded due to a change of mind or at the conclusion of the promotion unless otherwise defined by the Motor Culture Australia refund policy.
The contest is open to all Australian residents (Except South Australia) over the age of 18 who enter in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry, except for employees of Motor Culture Australia, their immediate family members (parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings and children) or any other person residing in their household.
Existing VIP members (who hold an ongoing subscription with us) who enters into the contest will also be put into a VIP-Only Second Chance Draw to win.
In addition, there is no limit to the number of participants who may enter during the Contest Period (Unless otherwise stated on the website. In the event of a limit, the limit does not include existing VIPs and MCA customers). Please note that each participant may hold more than one entry in the competition.
Entrants must purchase a membership of Motor Culture Australia and be a registered member of the Motor Culture Australia, and agree to participate in the MCA Scratch & Win Game in the manner directed within the Motor Culture Australia website.
Plays
MCA Scratch & Win plays will only be available in digital form. A maximum of 280,000 plays will be available in this contest, including the VIP Second Chance Draw. On an overall basis across all available Plays, not fewer than one (1) in four (4) Plays will correspond to a prize as configured in the secure prize database at launch. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not guarantee that Entrants who have 4 or more Plays will find a Play that yields a prize. A Play cannot be transferred by the Entrant who purchased eligible products or services, to any other person.
Prizes
Our total prize pool is valued at $377,423.00 , which is made up of the following prizes:
Every valid entry submitted during the Promotion Period has a fair and equal chance of winning any of the prizes available in the promotion.
Cash Alternative
The winner of the 2025 Superior Engineering Ford Ranger may choose to take a cash prize of $50,000 instead of the car.
The winner of the 2024 Toyota Prado VX may choose to take a cash prize of $55,000 instead of the car.
The winner of the $10K Japan Holiday – JDM & Culture may choose to take a cash prize of $7,000 instead of the holiday package.
Travel Prize
The following four (4) individual holiday packages (each valued at approximately AUD $10,000 incl. GST) may be awarded as prizes in this promotion. All holiday prizes are for two (2) adults, include return economy-class flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city, return airport to hotel transfers, and twin-share accommodation of a minimum 5-star standard. All travel prizes must be booked within 6 months and taken within 12 months of winner notification, are subject to availability, and must be taken outside Australian and overseas school holidays, public holidays, and peak periods. Travel prizes are not transferable. Winners and companions are responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and any other expenses not expressly included.

d) $10,000 Holiday – Japan JDM & Culture Experience
Destination: Tokyo and Osaka, Japan.
Duration: Seven (7) nights.
Accommodation: Minimum 5-star hotels or equivalent in Tokyo & Osaka, twin share.
Inclusions: Return economy flights (Australia ↔ Tokyo), 7-day Japan Rail Pass for two, entry to one (1) motorsport or automotive museum (e.g. Toyota Mega Web or Nissan Heritage Museum), and $1,000 AUD spending money equivalent loaded on a travel card.
Transfers: Airport–hotel transfers in Tokyo and Osaka included.
Restrictions: Subject to flight and hotel availability; excludes Golden Week, New Year and Obon Festival periods.
Vehicle Prize
The Winner of the vehicle prize will have 24 hours to decide between the cash or the vehicle. Motor Culture Australia is unable provide the Winner with any financial or other advice as to which option they should choose.
In the event that the winner takes the vehicle we will cover the cost of registration for 6 months. Otherwise, the winner is solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, registration fees, fuel, parts, servicing and operating costs associated with the vehicle.
To the extent permitted by law, the winner takes the vehicle on an “as is” basis, and Motor Culture Australia makes no representations or warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. If a vehicle is advertised as not being road legal, the winner acknowledges that Motor Culture Australia will not be responsible for any costs associated with making the vehicle compliant with any laws. Where a vehicle includes custom modifications, the winner acknowledges that replacement parts may not be available in the future. The winner acknowledges that Motor Culture Australia will not be responsible for any costs associated with any costs of maintenance, operation or any other costs that are not expressly stated in these terms.
Motor Culture Australia is not liable for any damages incurred to any prizes after delivery. Winners will have 24 hours to bring any issues or imperfections forward to Motor Culture Australia for review regarding prizes before they are deemed to have been accepted in the condition it arrived.
We will hand over the prize to the winner Australia-wide, within 21 business days of announcing the winner subject to the prize winner being within a reasonable distance from a metropolitan area and subject to logistics and transportation availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
VIP Only Second Chance Draw
At the conclusion of the competition period, a separate draw will be conducted exclusively for eligible VIP Members (the “VIP Only Second Chance Draw”).
Eligibility for this draw is limited to entrants who:
have entered into this MCA Scratch & Win Contest; and
hold an active VIP subscription membership at the time of the VIP Only Second Chance Draw.
All eligible VIP Members will automatically receive entries into the VIP Only Second Chance Draw corresponding to the same entry numbers that were issued to them in the MCA Scratch & Win promotion. These entries will be used to randomly select one or more winners from the eligible pool.
The VIP Only Second Chance Draw will take place at 5:30pm AEST on the 16th of March 2026 at Motor Culture Australia, 87 Dunhill Crescent, Morningside QLD 4170. The draw will be scrutinised by an official scrutineer, and Members and the public are welcome to attend.
If the promotion ends prior to the scheduled closing date because all available entries have been exhausted, the VIP Only Second Chance Draw may be conducted earlier. In this case, Motor Culture Australia will provide at least 24 hours’ public notice of the revised draw date and time by publishing an announcement on its official social media channels.
The draw will be conducted using a third-party government-approved electronic draw system. The winner will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone and email. The names of the winners will be published on our Facebook, Instagram, and website on the 17th of March 2026. Winning Member will be invited to participate in a prize acceptance handover video or photograph for publication on our website. Participation in promotional materials is voluntary, and winners may opt out by notifying us in writing.
If any prize that was won remains unclaimed for longer than 90 days from the initial draw, an announcement will be made on the 17th of June 2026, and a redraw will take place on the 18th of June 2026 at 5:30pm AEST, at Motor Culture Australia, 87 Dunhill Crescent, Morningside QLD 4170. The redraw will be conducted using a third-party government-approved electronic draw system. The winner will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone and email, and their name will be published on our Facebook, Instagram, and website on 19th of June 2026. You can view the list of winners at https://www.motorcultureaustralia.com.
Every eligible Member has a random, fair, and equal chance of winning. One Member may win multiple prizes in the competition.
Each winner must sign a Prize Acceptance Form as reasonably required by Motor Culture Australia before receiving their prize.
MCA Scratch & Win Contest Drawing Method
Each eligible participant will receive one or more randomly generated numbers upon purchase of a qualifying membership package, the entry numbers are randomly generated by a third-party government-approved Random Number Generator system. These numbers are pre-assigned to specific prizes in a secure, randomised database prior to the commencement of the Contest. Winning numbers and their corresponding prizes are predetermined and publicly published on our website to ensure transparency. If a participant’s randomly assigned number matches one of the winning numbers, they instantly win the associated prize. All prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis according to valid claims.
Winners will be notified onscreen and by email (as applicable) with instructions to claim the prize. Unless otherwise stated, winners must complete all required steps (including identity verification) within 14 days of notification.
If an MCA Scratch & Win prize is not validly claimed within the claim period, that prize will be forfeited. The Promoter may, at its discretion, conduct a further draw, award substitute prizes of equal or greater value, or allocate the value to the VIP Only Second Chance Draw.
Winner Verification
Entrants may only enter this promotion in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion. All entries associated with any entrant deemed by the Promoter (Motor Culture Australia Pty Ltd) to have provided incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information may, at the Promoter’s discretion, be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to request that an entrant produce (within the time requested) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, in its sole discretion) to confirm the entrant’s
- identity, age, and residential address;
eligibility to enter and claim a prize (including confirmation of active VIP membership where applicable); and
accuracy of any information submitted in connection with the promotion.
If any documentation required by the Promoter is not received within the requested timeframe, or if an entrant’s details or entries cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entrant may be deemed ineligible, and their entries may be declared invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for:
(a) tampering with the entry, game mechanics, or winner verification process;
(b) submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
(c) engaging in any unlawful, misleading, or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender are reserved.
A prize will only be awarded following successful validation and verification of the winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, as determined by the Promoter or its nominated agents, in their sole discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to request that a winner and, if applicable, their companion(s) produce appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction) in order to confirm identity and age before awarding a prize.
It is a condition of accepting a prize that each winner (and any companion, if applicable) sign a Prize Acceptance Form, eligibility declaration, and/or legal release as required by the Promoter in its discretion.
Unclaimed and Unawarded Prizes
Where a prize has been won but is not claimed by the winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by the applicable claim date, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted no later than 90 days after the original claim date, at the same place and in the same manner as the original draw (or as otherwise required by applicable state or territory regulations).
If a prize remains unclaimed following any unclaimed prize draw, the Promoter may deal with the prize in accordance with applicable state and territory laws and regulatory directions (which may include further redraws or other approved methods of disposal).
There are up to the number and value of prizes advertised available to be won during the Promotion Period. Prizes are available to be won during the Promotion Period subject to the receipt of valid winning entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any prizes that are not won, allocated, or otherwise triggered during the Promotion Period (including instant win prizes where no valid winning entry is received) will remain unawarded and will not be carried forward beyond the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, “unawarded prizes” include, but are not limited to, any prizes that were not triggered by a winning entry, that were rendered invalid through system or entry non-compliance, or that otherwise remain undistributed upon the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
The Promoter will maintain appropriate records of all awarded and unawarded prizes in accordance with applicable state and territory regulations.
Nothing in this clause affects the Promoter’s separate obligations in relation to unclaimed prizes, which shall be dealt with in accordance with the requirements and timelines prescribed by the applicable laws of each Australian State and Territory.
Representations and Warranties
Motor Culture Australia warrants the following;
a. The vehicles involved in the contest are owned by Motor Culture Australia;
b. The purpose of this contest is to promote the Motor Culture Australia brand and bring awareness to the Motor Culture Australia brand;
c. We will not sell raffle tickets, or any other form of ticket to enter this contest. Entry to the contest is strictly provided as a promotion when purchasing membership with us, and cannot be purchased separately; and
d. The contest is wholly funded by Motor Culture Australia Pty Ltd.
e. The contest is solely promoted by Motor Culture Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 34 643 349 357, of 87 Dunhill Crescent, Morningside QLD 4170.
The Participant represents and warrants that it shall not contact any affiliate, employee, sponsor, or partner of Motor Culture Australia in order to manipulate the Contest results.
Disclaimers
a. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damage and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out of pocket expenses incurred in entering the contest.
b. In no event will Motor Culture Australia, our licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, our advertising or promotional agencies or respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from participation in this contest.
c. Motor Culture Australia reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Motor Culture Australia.
d. In the event the Contest is compromised by non-authorised human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Motor Culture Australia, that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Motor Culture Australia reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest.
e. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Motor Culture Australia reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
g. Motor Culture Australia assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of computer systems, servers, software, internet service provider, or e-mail systems, failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible or misdirected electronic communications, or any combination thereof.
h. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

If the prize is unclaimed for longer than 90 days from the initial draw, we will make an announcement on 24th of June 2026 and then conduct a redraw on 25th of June 2026 at 1pm AEST, at Motor Culture Australia, 87 Dunhill Crescent, Morningside QLD. The Redraw will be conducted via a Random Number Generator electronic draw system. The winner will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone and email. Motor Culture Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Motor Culture Australia’ or ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) is conducting lucky draws (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contest’) for Individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participant’ or ‘Participants’ or ‘Members’ or ‘Entrants’ or ‘Them’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’). The Contest will commence at various times and all contests will be held at Motor Culture Australia, 87 Dunhill Crescent, QLD 4170. The winner will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone and email.
Conditions of participant entry into the contest
For a participant to be eligible to enter the contest. They must purchase one of our official VIP Memberships which will automatically enter them into the contest. Access to our VIP Memberships will be provided by us on all our advertisements, social media platforms and via contacting us directly. The contest is open to all Australian residents (excluding South Australian residents) over the age of 18 who enter in accordance with the terms and conditions of entry.

Participants can purchase a VIP Membership over the phone via the number supplied in our advertisements and on our website. The participant will not pay a call charge fee. Motor Culture Australia covers all call fees.

The contest will be scrutinised by an official scrutineer and the winner will be contacted immediately via phone if they are not present at the event.
We will deliver the prizes to the winners Australia-wide, within 21 business days of the event.
We will cover all delivery costs. As well as assist with the on-road process, however due to the nature of the vehicles, the winner is solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, registration fees, fuel, parts, servicing and operating costs associated with the vehicle.
If the prize is unclaimed for longer than the period of 90 days from the initial draw, we will conduct a redraw and a new winner will be announced at Motor Culture Australia. For VIP Only Draws, the contest is not limited to a set number of entrants. It is however limited to VIP Members only.
VIP Members can cancel their subscription at any time, switch between tiers of membership at any time or contact us at any time for special requests.
Every entrant has an equal and fair chance of winning each prize. Meaning, one entrant can win multiple prizes in the competition.
The VIP Members are not eligible to automatically enter any in-person event promotional draws. Please refer to the individual Terms and Conditions set out for the in-person event promotions to understand the eligibility criteria. Any event related promotions may require the event attendees to be physically at the event to be eligible for any promotions.
VIP Membership Subscription Terms
Motor Culture Australia offers Monthly VIP Memberships and Annual VIP Memberships (“VIP Memberships”). By purchasing or maintaining a VIP Membership, the Member agrees to the following subscription terms.
Annual VIP Memberships require the full annual fee to be paid upfront. Despite upfront payment, promotional entries included with an Annual Membership are allocated monthly over the twelve-month term and are not issued upfront. Monthly VIP Memberships receive promotional entries monthly in accordance with their applicable tier.
All VIP Membership payments, whether Monthly or Annual, are strictly non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, early cancellation, change of mind, failure to utilise Membership benefits, or any unused portion of an Annual Membership. No refund, credit or compensation shall be provided once a Membership payment has been processed.
A Member may cancel their VIP Membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Upon cancellation, whether Monthly or Annual, the Member forfeits all accumulated promotional entries and is removed from all future promotional draws. Cancellation of an Annual Membership prior to the expiry of the twelve-month term does not entitle the Member to any refund or credit for the remaining period.
Where a Member upgrades from a Monthly VIP Membership to an Annual VIP Membership, the Annual term commences immediately upon successful payment. The Monthly Membership is deemed terminated at that time. Promotional entry allocations will continue under the Annual Membership schedule, and any entries accumulated before the upgrade remain valid unless the Annual Membership is later cancelled.
A VIP Membership remains active only while payments are successfully processed. If a payment fails, the Membership will automatically be marked as inactive. The system will attempt to re-process the failed payment over the following days; however, during any period of failed payment or inactive status, no promotional entries will be allocated. If the payment is not successfully recovered and the Membership is not reactivated, all accumulated entries may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Motor Culture Australia.
Promotional entries have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, converted to cash, or assigned to another person. Entries exist solely as promotional rewards linked to active VIP Memberships.
Motor Culture Australia reserves the right to amend, vary, or update Membership tiers, pricing, benefits or entry allocations at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect entries allocated prior to the effective date of the update.

Contest Terms and Conditions Introduction
Motor Culture Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Motor Culture Australia’ or ‘We’ or ‘Us’
or ‘Our’) is conducting a lucky draw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contest’) for Individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participants’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’). The Contest will commence on 16th of March 2026 and will conclude on 29th of March 2026 at 11:59pm (‘Contest Period’).
Prizes
Our total prize pool is valued at $153,000 which is made up of and will be drawn in the following order:
1st Prize – 2024 Volkswagen Crafter Campervan, valued at $150,000
2nd Prize – $2,000 Cash, valued at $2,000

Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the contest you must purchase one of our official Events Memberships during the Contest Period. This will automatically enter you into the contest at no additional fee. You may purchase Events Memberships through our website https://www.motorcultureaustralia.com/ or by telephoning us directly.
By purchasing a Membership, you agree that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
All purchases of Events Memberships are final and cannot be refunded due to a change of mind or at the conclusion of the promotion unless otherwise defined by the Motor Culture Australia refund policy located at https://www.motorcultureaustralia.com/refund-policy/.
The contest is open to all Australian residents (Except South Australia) over the age of 18 who enter in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry, except for employees of Motor Culture Australia, their immediate family members (parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings and children) or any other person residing in their household.
Existing VIP members (who hold an ongoing subscription with us) will all be entered into the Contest. There is no limit on the number of VIP members who may be entered into the Contest.
In addition, there is no limit to the number of participants who may enter during the Contest Period (Unless otherwise stated on the website. In the event of a limit, the limit does not include existing VIPs and MCA customers). Please note that each participant may hold more than one entry in the competition.
Vehicle Prize
The first prize winner may choose to take a cash prize of $75,000 instead of the car.
The Winner will have 24 hours to decide between the cash or the vehicle. Motor Culture Australia cannot provide the Winner with any financial or other advice as to which option they should choose.
In the event that the winner takes the vehicle we will cover the cost of registration for 6 months. Otherwise, the winner is solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, registration fees, fuel, parts, servicing and operating costs associated with the vehicle.
To the extent permitted by law, the winner takes the vehicle on an “as is” basis, and Motor Culture Australia makes no representations or warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. If a vehicle is advertised as not being road legal, the winner acknowledges that Motor Culture Australia will not be responsible for any costs associated with making the vehicle compliant with any laws. Where a vehicle includes custom modifications, the winner acknowledges that replacement parts may not be available in the future. The winner acknowledges that Motor Culture Australia will not be responsible for any costs associated with any costs of maintenance, operation or any other costs that are not expressly stated in these terms.
Motor Culture Australia is not liable for any damages incurred to any prizes after delivery. Winners will have 24 hours to bring any issues or imperfections forward to Motor Culture Australia for review regarding prizes before they are deemed to have been accepted in the condition it arrived.
We will hand over the prize to the winner Australia-wide, within 21 business days of announcing the winner subject to the prize winner being within a reasonable distance from a metropolitan area and subject to logistics and transportation availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
The Draw
The draw will take place at 5:30pm AEST on the 30th of March 2026 and will be held at Motor Culture Australia, 87 Dunhill Crescent, Morningside QLD. We welcome all Participants and the public to attend. The contest will be scrutinised by an official scrutineer.
The draw will be conducted with a Random Number Generator electronic draw system. The winner will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone and email. We will publish the names of winners on our Facebook, Instagram and website on 31st of March 2026. Winning Participants will be invited to participate in a prize acceptance handover video or photograph for publication on our website. Participation is voluntary, and winners may opt out by notifying us in writing.
If the prize is unclaimed for longer than 90 days from the initial draw, we will make an announcement on 1st of July 2026 and then conduct a redraw on 2nd of July 2026 at 1pm AEST, at Motor Culture Australia, 87 Dunhill Crescent, Morningside QLD.
